I am easy going, encouraging, body-positive, creative, open minded, detail-oriented, organized and patient-especially with the little ones! I pride myself on my eye for the details, making connections with my clients and communicating effectively to capture your precious memories.

Prior to becoming a photographer full-time, I taught music for 11 years. 10 of those years was spent teaching middle school band in Hillsborough County. I turned my passion for music and teaching into a career, and loved teaching for a long time! After 11 years in the classroom, I decided it was time for a change. So, I decided to make my love of photography into a business!

I am a born and bred Florida native. I grew up in Central Florida, and went to USF for my undergrad degree. Go Bulls! I live in Lakeland with my husband, son and 3 adopted kitties.

Being a music teacher for 11 years gave me a great deal of experience in leadership, organization, and creativity. These skills help me to make my clients comfortable and excited to work with me.

I like to capture a mixture of posed and candid shots, to create a diverse gallery for my clients. During our session, I will take the time to make sure everyone is comfortable. My goal is to achieve the best quality in posing, lighting, and variety in scenery. All while ensuring my clients are looking and feeling their absolute best!
